Meet the Brokers
Kristen is a native Atlantan and attended Peachtree Elementary, The Lovett School and Duluth High School. She graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 1996 and began working for Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, as an Information Technology Consultant. In 1999, after two+ years in consulting, Kristen decided to pursue a career in real estate and joined RE/MAX. Kristen married Sean Jones in December of 2008.
Megan has also lived in Atlanta her entire life and attended Gwin Oaks Elementary, Five Forks Middle School and Brookwood High School. She left Georgia for four years to attend Presbyterian College where she graduated in 2002 with a BA with a double concentration in Economics and Accounting. Megan pursued her real estate license right out of college and joined RE/MAX immediately. Megan married her husband Daniel Wyatt in November of 2008.
Kristen and Megan initially worked together on a productive real estate team that began in the 1980s and loved making the process of buying or selling a home as smooth as possible for their clients. They worked very well with each other in their sales careers and knew they eventually wanted to manage a brokerage together and work with agents who love the business as much as they do. They both got their brokers' licenses as soon as they were eligible and started managing an existing RE/MAX franchise under its previous ownership in 2005. In June of 2006 they purchased their RE/MAX franchise and began making it their own. When they took over the office it was located in a shopping center. As soon as the lease was up in 2007 they purchased their office building and renovated it to make it what it is today. They have grown the brokerage with the right agents and continue to foster a positive and productive work environment for their associates. As entrepreneurs at heart, Kristen and Megan continue to invest in their business and plan for the future while ensuring they are taking the appropriate steps to stay viable during these economic times.
